A Diary

Last night I was watching a film called Malignant. It's a horror film which is very silly, but is quite fun all the same.

I was working from home again today. I listened to The Retrospectors, The Tommy, Hector and Laurita Podcast, Unspooled about the 1978 film Superman and Red Handed about the Amityville Horror.

I went to work in the office today for the first time since March 2020. I've been working from home in the meantime. It felt really strange to be back again, because a lot had changed, while a lot remained the same. I don't know when I'll be back, but it was good to experience it.

Well, I have set up filters that are currently under the titles of:

"Poetry and Creative Writing" - self-explanatory, really.
"Movie Reviews" - Again, pretty self-expanatory. I probably won't be posting much under that filter becasue I've already got a specific journal for movie reviews.
"Personal" - Things that are more personal and emotional then what I post at the moment.
"Extremely Personal" - For things even more personal.

I might set up more or delete some, or change things round, but let me know what ones you want to be on, if any.

Anywya, on to today. There are still rumours flying around about the possibility of the office being relocated. I don't know what's happening about it, but even if it does happen it will take years, surely, but the way people are carrying on it sounds as if it's going to happen next week or something.

On my way back from work I bought a birthday card for my Dad. When I got home I was phoning around trying to sort out the problems about my mobile telephone, but without any luck because apparently the team that deal with transferring numbers from other mobile networks had left for the day. I have to call between nine and six tomorrow. I'm thinking of calling before I go to work tomorrow, because I'm getting sick to death of it. I've got this nice phone that I can't get calls on.

There was another bug on the kitchen floor again today. I hope they're not coming in again. becasue it's been about a month since there were any problems with bugs. Hopefully it's just a stray one that fell from the ceiling.
