Hybrid Working
Jun. 8th, 2022 08:15 pmI was back to working at home. I don't know when I'll be back in the office next. They are trying "hybrid working" where we can work at home, or book a desk in the office for a day. It's something that they've been talking about for years, long before the pandemic.
I listened to The Retrospectors, Office Ladies, Like Minded Friends, Stuff You Should Know about a riot that erupted at baseball game in the 1970s due in part to beer being sold for 10 cents, Myths and Legends and British Scandal about the 2015 Hatton Garden Heist, where a gang of elderly crooks stole £14 million in gold and jewels.
I watched a couple of episodes of a 1983 TV adaptation of Jane Eyre, which starred Zelah Clarke as Jane and Timothy Dalton as Rochester. It's a very good adaptation and very faithful to the book.
