(no subject)

Today was a day off work, because the electrician was coming to fix my light in the kitchen (which hasn't been working since September), there are no windows in my kitchen, so without the lights it's complete darkness all the time. I had to make do for the past few months with the hall light and a desk lamp which I put on the fridge. I also had to get my fuse box replaced. In the end, I was taken by surprise because the two electricians arrived half an hour early. My mum came by to supervise everything, and in the end, they finished around quarter past two in the afternoon, a little over an hour and a half after they arrived. When everyone had left I went out to buy an i-Pod which was on sale for half price (£24.99), but when I got to the shop it was completely sold out, so I walked around for a bit and went up to Burger King for a Whopper meal, which basically served for two meals. I do like Burger King, but I don't go there much. I'll try to get the i-Pod over the internet.
