Nov. 25th, 2006 05:08 pmI watched a film called Assault on Precinct 13, it's a 1976 John Carpenter film about a Los Angeles police station, a couple of days away from closure, maintained by a skeleton staff which comes under siege from a heavily armed street gang. It's a good film, with plenty of suspense and action. There are some pretty shocking scens as well. It was remade last year.
I also put on the film If...., which I was only really half watching. I've had it on video for years and I've watched it a few times now.
I went out to go to the bank, get my groceries for the week, and various other things, namely a pack of sock and a pair of pyjamas. When I got back I finished reading my book, From Russia with Love by Ian Fleming, which I enjoyed.
It's not really been a wildly exciting day so far today!
