(no subject)

Today was fairly quiet. I found out that my friend Malcolm's girlfriend has changed the date of her flat-warming party from Satuday to Friday. Which means that I'll probably have to take Friday off, because I'll need to get a present and I have not had a chance to get one yet. The next couple of days are certainly going to be eventful.


Another day at work and more Amy. I didn't get a chance to speak to her at all today. I can barely remember anything else about work. It's like I think about her all the time now. I think I might even have dreamed about her last night. Which is unusual because usually I dream about Rachael Leigh Cook. Unrequited love. I'm even reluctant to take a day off on Friday because it means that I won't be able to see her for a few days.

I wonder if I'll have any luck at the speed-dating, or even meet someone at the party on Friday. What's if I do start dating someone from the speed-dating or the party, and it turns out that Amy is interested in me? Am I ready for my life to become a Woody Allen film? I suppose that is completely in the realms of fantasy.

Because of the speed-dating I may not be on tomorrow, but I'll be on on Friday at some point.
