Last night I went ahead and booked for the speed-dating thing tomorrow night. It should be interesting to see how it goes! I have to say though that I am very nervous. I am naturally very shy, but I'll have to see how it is. Hopefully I might get a few dates out of it, but to be honest, if anyone registers that they'd want to see me again, I'll be absolutely ecstatic.

I went out quite sharp this morning because I had a dentist appointment at quarter past nine. It was just a check-up and it went pretty well, really. There was nothing wrong with my teeth, although apparently the way that one of my wisdom teeth is poitioned may cause problems in the future, because it's difficult to clean and very easy for food to get trapped, but for now and the forseeable future, it's fine. My next appointment is on 9th November.

I went straight into work, arriving late, but I left at my usual time, because there wasn't really much point in staying, given what there was to do.

You've got ME thinking now. I'm sure there's something like that in the Dallas area. I wonder if I could get a girlfriend to go with me? Do you have anyone going with you?
